No, this is not a Macbook smartphone, this is the new HTC Legend. Taking a good helping of design sense from Sir Jonathan Ive and incorporates it into the first aluminum body mobile phone.

The first thing you’ll notice about the newest HTC phone, launching today across Hong Kong, is that they’ve replaced the trackball with a optical joystick and supports Flash websites using Flash Lite version 4.
