Here’s what we think of the SpaceTablet.

We’ll try and be as unbiased as possible – but its hard since we already forked over money and had a WiFi version FedEx’d to us in Hong Kong meaning we are already swaying to the side of Apple Fanboy.
Still there are pro’s and con’s to the Apple iPad, great things and things that need improvement – but all-in-all if you are a big consumer of digital content, then we’ll say right now is the Gadget of the Year.

Finay Fantasy XIII goes local in Hong Kong

Fans of the video game Final Fantasy XIII crowded the basement atrium of the Miramar Shopping Centre Wednesday night for a special launch event of the Chinese/English version of FFXIII. To help celebrate the event the game’s producers and director flew into Hong Kong for a special signing event.
Project Producer Shinji Hashimoto, FFXIII Producer Yoshinori Kitase and FFXIII Director Motomu Toriyama dressed in Chinese period jackets (or is that the latest from Shanghai Tang?) and signed two hundred autographs for fans who had brought box covers of the game to the special edition FFXIII PS3 slim console to be signed by the trio.

Point and shoot gets redefined by Panasonic

Panasonic Hong Kong has released the DMC-G2 and DMC-G10 digital cameras that are the next generation of cameras to use the innovative Four Thirds Lens system.
The G2 is incorporating technology used in smartphones by adding touch screen controls that makes taking that important photo a snap. When will these types of cameras and the smartphone collide in terms of features? Seems like sooner than we think.
