A picture is worth a 1,000 words now Samsung multiplies it by 6,000.
Samsung Hong Kong has released two new digital frames the 800P and 1000P that don’t just show off your latest photos but also serves as a mini digital entertainment hub.
The P Series of digital frames can store 6,000 photos in the device’s 2GB internal memory, and even more in various external memory devices such as SD and SDHC cards. The device’s auto-resize function automatically optimises photos for the screen so users are spared the hassle of adjusting each image manually. The frame can be set to display photos in five different slideshow modes with special transition effects. Other useful features on the P Series include a smart clock and calendar as well as a multimedia player that is compatible with music and video files.

We beat the last stuffing out of CES 2010.
While CES 2010 ended last week already and you have no doubt been bombarded with some of the amazing new technology coming our way this year and maybe never – we thought we’d better do a quick round-up ourselves.

This robotic penguin reads and connects to the web and Facebook.
Tiny and yeah, ok, pretty cute, Pingo is a tiny robotic penguin and the first official mydeskfriend, launching today at www.mydeskfriend.com. We first reported about this Facebook-talking robot back in July, and now it’s finally here.
Pingo integrates into its owners’ Facebook account via a Facebook application that allows users to give their device its own name, profile and personality, as well as nurture its moods and manage its daily life.
