Send Text and Pictures with New Free MMS iPhone App Called ‘Messi.im’

More phonetic Cantonese app names, this time its “What’s the matter?”

Local iPhone developer InfoXenter has gone and released another iPhone app, hot on the heels of their first one called Bindo (read about it here) this time they have an hybrid instant messenger/MMS app called Messi.im, which is out now.

The benefits of Messi.im is that you can easily send instant messages to your friends with also your location and a picture. Kind of like a typical MMS but without the operator charges. If your friend also has Messi.im installed he/she will get updates via push so it will seem very MMS-like but without the choke on your phone bill. If your friend does not use Messi.im you can send a quick email from within Messi.im which also includes your location and a picture.
