The God of War Claims the #1 Playstation 3 Sales Spot in Hong Kong

An amazing upset as Kratos takes out Ezio the Assassin.

God of War Collection will feature reworked versions of both God of War and God of War II on a single Blu-ray Disc at full 1280 x 720 resolution.

Both critically acclaimed games, which were originally developed for PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, have been re-mastered with anti-aliased graphics running at 60 frames per second for a smooth game play experience on the PS3 system. Additionally, the Blu-ray Disc compilation will bring PlayStation Network trophy support to the franchise for the first time (included for both games). The God of War Collection also contains a demo of the upcoming God of War III that is scheduled for release exclusively on the PS3 in March 2010.

The God of War Collection is available right now at the Sony Style Store for HK$258.

Taking the #2 slot is the sequel to Ubisoft ’s 2007’s award winning game; Assassin’s Creed II features an all new assassin who is aided by none other than world renowned Renaissance master, Leonardo Da Vinci.

In a vast open world environment, the game invites players to take on the role of Ezio, a privileged young noble in Renaissance Italy who’s been betrayed by the rival ruling families of Italy. Assassin’s Creed II is available at the Sony Style Store for HK$388. There is also a Special White and Black Edition available for HK$508. The White Edition comes with an Ezio Assassin’s Creed Figurine dressed in his white costume, while the Black Edition has him wearing his alternate black costume.
