Get your cardboard boxes ready: Hideo Kojima is coming back to Hong Kong!

His last visit in 2007 hot on the heels of the release of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on the PS3 was a huge event at the Dragon Centre in Sham Shui Po. The turnout was so massive that Kojima-san and Metal Gear designer Yoji Shinkawa are returning to promote the upcoming PSP game Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker which comes out tomorrow in Hong Kong.

  1. Unfortunately the HK version of the game is Japanese only. I think they will release an English version when the game comes out in the US.

  2. The English release will be available in Hong Kong on June 8th as we posted here:

But if you want Kojima-san to sign your copy looks like you’ll have to buy the Japanese version! ;-)

  3. I had no idea they were doing another game. Will there be any new games for the PS3, or just the PSP?
