A gingerbread tablet slicks up the market in aluminium unibody.
HTC is going to get you one way or the other – either with their army of Android smartphones or in what is no doubt the first in an array of tablet devices to compete with the iPad.
Our sources said that HTC would deliver a tablet in early 2011, so we guess May is close enough for the new 7″ Gingerbread Android tablet the HTC Flyer.

HTC Scribe Technology introduces integrated digital ink that make it easy and natural to take notes, sign contracts, draw pictures, or write on a web page or photo. A feature called Timemark enables you to capture the audio of a meeting in line with your written notes, so tapping on a word in your notes instantly takes you to that exact place in time in the audio recording of the meeting. HTC Flyer 3G and HTC Flyer WiFi will be available in May. We’re waiting on the final price but expect it to be around HK$6,400 for the 32GB model.
