Hi I bought a iphone 4gs dual sim but everything is in chinees
Can anyone help me to reprogram it to fool multiple languages
I can call but not make and use off the Internet, like some help.
Can I reinstall it maybe with another elaborate program.

I hope someone can help me with this.

I think the point about grey market iPhones cannot be upgraded freely by the owners in China is not totally correct.

That all depends on where these grey market iPhones comes from. Many locations like Hong Kong now have fully SIM unlocked iPhones directly from Apple. These types of grey market iPhones will not have any OS upgrade restrictions in China
