Three have real bad customer service. try getting them on the phone is a mammoth chore. Once you do and if you have to do it more than once you realise that the staff all very young and unprofessional, these are the people three choose to hire to deal with you.

you can get a unlimited plan elsewhere and a iphone from a official outlet and it would actually cost you a little less or the same.

the difference is you won’t have to deal with three as a company. they will cheat you anyway which they can. just look at how they try to confuse you with their pricing, hidden charges are all mandatory.

That upgrade they offered you, well you could buy it from the official store and get better contract not at three.

they will bumf*ck you and expect you to say thankyou

You should avoid using Three if possible. One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with.

Got an email from Apple a few days ago too, saying that the 3GS will be available Friday. A click on “where to buy” lists not just 3, but Apple’s Online Store, retailers, Broadway and Fortress too.

For my current $498 plan, the 32G is only $1100 cheaper (rebate during the year) and sign a 1 year contract. But they require me to subscribe to a $28 value added service of my choice. Don’t know what that is for, but according to the 3 sales person, it was at the request of Apple.

So if I can get it for $5460 without contract, it might be worth it.
