Those who'd registered are made to wait and now they've run out of stock (3162 3333 Dicky Wong of supervisor's admission today at about 3pm). Presumably they give their phones out to their mates (a guy I know never registered and he's already got three 16GBs) but not their "selected" customers (as per the text message I received). i suppose "selected" is different from "valued" customer, as you could be selected for anything, including selected not to be able to get an iPhone 4. 3HK sucks, they allowed people to get the phone without registration.
