Nokia’s connecting with their customer.

Nokia has taken their “Connecting People” slogan to heart with the opening of their second retail space in Hong Kong. Their first flagship store is located in front of Times Square, Causeway Bay. The store is souped up with plasma screens, experiential counters and other displays so you can learn how to tap onto what your Nokia phone can do.

Bruce Lam, General Manager of Hong Kong and Macau said that there is a large group of people who buy smartphones but don’t know how to use it, now they can come into the store and test out the new phone, get assistance from trained customer service pros who are glad to give you some pointers.

Yes, a move in the right direction indeed, we couldn’t agree more as we’re tired of playing with dummy phones at network operator stores and hurried sales people at Broadway.
