Email systems have set up strong spam filters to protect you from junk emails in Hong Kong. So to ensure you don’t miss any of our emails please follow this handy guide for your specific free email provider and let the butter flow smoothly in to your inbox:

Hotmail
To adjust your spam settings, click the Options link on the top right of any Hotmail page, then select Junk E-Mail Protection. Check your Junk E-Mail Filter. If you opt to use the “Exclusive” option, only mail from your contact and safe lists will arrive in your inbox. Other mail will be delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder. To add Neonpunch.com to your safe list, select the Safe List link on the Junk E-Mail Protection page, then enter “mail.neonpunch.com” and click Add.

Yahoo!
Click on the Bulk/Spam link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Yahoo!’s SpamGuard automatically detects as spam and deletes it after 30 days. To move mail from your Bulk/Spam folder into your inbox, mark the check box beside each message you wish to keep, then click Not Spam. Gmail
Add “neonpunch.com” to your Contacts list. Gmail will deliver messages from members of your Contacts list to your inbox.

If you find a message we sent classified as spam, you can unmark the message. Just select the message, and click Not Spam along the top of your Spam label. Unmarking a message moves it to your inbox. For more information click here.
