You’re invited to see Matt Damon’s new movie in HK next week.
Jason Bourne has put on some weight in Steven (Ocean’s 11, 12 an 13) Soderberg’s new movie The Informant!
We want to send you and a friend to see the advance screening in Hong Kong on 20 October 2009 at the AMC Festival Walk cinema in Kowloon Tong. That’s 2 days before the rest of Hong Kong and a little more than a month after it opened in the U.S.
The New York Times calls it “a deadly serious comedy about corporate malfeasance,” and Variety says the movie “showcases an excellent performance by a chubbed-out Matt Damon as a Midwestern executive who’s so smart he’s dumb.” Rolling Stone quips that “shooting fast and digital in just 30 days, Soderbergh invests the film with the breathless pace of a thriller and the gravity befitting a nation’s soul sickness.” If Damon, put on 30 pounds for 30 days of work then you owe it to Jason Bourne to see this movie.
